Cookie Management Policy
1. What is a cookie and what is its purpose?
A “cookie” (or “tracer”) is a connection indicator that designates a text file that may be recorded in a dedicated space on the hard disk of your terminal (computer, tablet, or smartphone), when you consult a service accessible online.
A cookie allows its issuer to identify the terminal in which it is stored, during the period of validity or storage of the cookie. The cookie does not allow you to be identified as such; it is used to record your navigation information on the Site.
During your visits to the Site, information relating to your browsing is likely to be recorded in “Cookies” files installed on your terminal, subject to the choices you have expressed concerning cookies and which you can modify at any time. These cookies allow personalized browsing by users of the Site and are also used for analytical purposes (audience measurement).
A cookie contains several pieces of information, in particular the domain name of the server that placed it; its name; a value that is generally used as an identifier; and possibly an expiration date.
Cookies are used to collect information about your browsing on the Site and to provide you with personalized services based on the data collected.
There are two main categories of cookies:
- Cookies placed by Signaturit on your terminal. They are generally used by Signaturit to identify a user and allow him or her to access his or her account and the various features of the Site.
- Cookies placed by a third-party service provider (“Third-Party Cookies”). These cookies may be used by the service provider to recognize your device when you visit other platforms. Third Party Cookies are typically used for advertising or platform analysis purposes. The issuance and use of cookies by third parties on our site are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.
2. What cookies are used by Signaturit and what is their purpose?
The only purpose of the cookies placed on our Site is to :
- allow the proper functioning of the Site, the proper execution of the services you request, as well as the conservation of your consent to the deposit of other categories of cookies; personalize the services and improve your experience throughout your visit to our Site;
- allow us to understand how you access the Site and to track traffic patterns in order to measure performance and help us improve the quality of our services;
- allow third party service providers to serve you more relevant advertisements on the Internet.
When you first connect to the Site, a banner will appear on the page requiring your prior consent to the installation of a cookie, asking you to give your consent, make your personalized choices or refuse the installation of cookies.
Once this first step has been completed and when a cookie is not deleted very quickly (e.g. when you close the browser page), you can return to your initial settings, accept or refuse them by clicking on the label appearing on one of the sides at the bottom of your screen.
You will be able to indicate your overall preferences for the Site based on the purposes and cookie providers involved.
You will also be able to access this cookie policy, which is also available on a tab at the bottom of the page at [hyperlink to corporate site].
- Browser cookies (technical cookies)
Signaturit uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site, to protect the Site from computer attacks, and to retain your consent to the deposit of cookies.
As such, they do not appear on the list of existing cookies.
These cookies are essential to navigation on the Site and do not legally require the user’s consent. Nevertheless, you can choose to delete them in your browser but in this case, their deletion may cause difficulties or an impossibility to navigate on the Site.
- Personalization cookies
Signaturit uses personalization cookies to improve your experience throughout your visit to the Site and to personalize its content.
- Audience measurement cookies
Signaturit uses audience measurement cookies so that it or its clients can adapt the Site to the requests and needs of users/visitors, to measure the number of visits, the number of pages consulted, and the activity of users/visitors on the Site, as well as for analysis and statistical studies.
- Advertising Cookies
Signaturit uses cookies for advertising purposes, which make it possible to track the browsing habits of Internet users and to offer users of these networks personalized advertising pages.

3. How do I disable cookies?
There are several ways to manage cookies.
- First, you can use the consent management banner to refuse them when you first connect to the site or, if you accept all or part of the cookies, to go back to your choices by clicking on the label appearing on one of the sides at the bottom of your screen. This module allows you to indicate your preferences either globally for the given Site, or according to the tracers by supplier when cookies are not necessary.
- You can also configure your browser so that cookies are rejected, either systematically or according to their sender. The configuration of each browser is different. Here are some examples:
