The purpose of this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) is to explain how Signaturit Solutions, S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as “Signaturit” or “we”) collects and processes your personal data in its capacity as data controller when you visit or use its websites (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Cancellation
Allows the cancellation of your personal data that are considered inadequate or excessive
Opposition
The right to object allows you to object to the processing of your data in the following cases: advertising and commercial prospecting activities or when the purpose of such processing is to adopt a decision concerning you based solely on automated processing of your personal data.
Portability
You will be able to receive your personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another data controller, where technically possible.
Deletion or right to be forgotten
