Allows the cancellation of your personal data that are considered inadequate or excessive
The right to object allows you to object to the processing of your data in the following cases: advertising and commercial prospecting activities or when the purpose of such processing is to adopt a decision concerning you based solely on automated processing of your personal data.
You will be able to receive your personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another data controller, where technically possible.
Deletion or right to be forgotten
You may request the deletion of personal data as soon as possible when one of the above-mentioned cases occurs. For example, the unlawful processing of data, or when the purpose for which the data was collected or processed has ceased to exist.

The signed request must be sent by post with acknowledgement of receipt or by email and include a copy of your ID. This method allows us to ensure that you are the originator of the request.
- Data Protection Officer
Signaturit has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure the protection of personal data and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in this area.
